By joining a tour with Riadonwheels, participants acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Riadonwheels is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the tour, unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.Participant Responsibility
Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the guide or staff. Wearing protective gear (e.g., helmets) is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the activity, and Riadonwheels will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel or personal accident insurance. Riadonwheels does not provide insurance coverage for injuries or personal losses.Equipment Liability
All equipment provided by Riadonwheels must be used responsibly. Any loss, theft, or damage caused by careless use may result in charges to the participant for repair or replacement.Limitation of Liability
Riadonwheels is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any disruptions caused by force majeure, such as weather changes or unforeseen events.Health Requirements
Participants must be in good physical and mental condition to join the tour. Any health conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed in advance.Tour Modifications and Cancellations
Riadonwheels reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or technical issues). We will aim to offer an alternative, but compensation is not guaranteed.
